Three NFL games to look forward to:
As the NFL season approaches, there are some amazing matches that fans will be excited about. And with the schedule having so many key matchups, I breakdown three games from the schedule release a few months ago and determine how those games are going to go.
Week 4 Tampa Bay Buccaneers vs Kansas City Chiefs
Tom Brady vs Patrick Mahomes is one of the best matchups we’ve seen since Brady’s rivalry vs Peyton Manning. Brady leads the matchup in only 5 games. He leads 3-2 with a win in the Super Bowl. And with Mahomes losing his top WR in Tyreek Hill to Miami, and Brady losing Gronk to retirement announcement should be a back and forth match for a potential game of the year.
Week 11 Green Bay Packers vs Tennessee Titans
With the two number one seeds from each conference going against each other in a rare Thursday night game. Derrick Henry is coming off his first season-ending injury last year looking to bounce back to being the top RB in the league and maybe top in the league. Aaron Rodgers is having to get used to not having his top WR in Davante Adams going to the Vegas Raiders in a trade this off-season. This should have heavy playoff implications if things go how they did last year.
Week 1 Denver Broncos vs Seattle Seahawks
Russell Wilson starts his new career in Denver with a matchup vs his old team the Seattle Seahawks. He spent his whole career so far with Seattle before leaving in a trade. Drew Lock is looking to prove himself with his new team after disappointing so far in his time with Denver. And with their teams pretty much equal in skill, this back-and-forth match-up will be an interesting one to start the year.
